This project represents Voxell’s fully integrated approach to housing - where design, development, and delivery are seamlessly aligned.

Balancing economy and elegance, the paired gable forms sit comfortably in their suburban context, combining light-toned brickwork and vertical timber cladding for warmth, depth, and contrast. Large framed openings provide rhythm and light, while finely detailed screening and landscaping soften the edge between home and street.

Voxell’s team led every stage - from concept design and consenting through to construction management and on-site delivery - ensuring that each design decision was realised with care. The result is a modest yet refined outcome, where every detail speaks to simplicity, functionality, and enduring design quality.

Inside, the palette continues the architectural clarity: oak-toned joinery, pale floors, and marble-look surfaces bring calm and cohesion to the interiors.

This project reflects Voxell’s design-led development ethos - crafting housing that is practical, enduring, and thoughtfully executed from the first sketch to the final handover.

Developed on a compact 143m² infill site, originally subdivided from a 667m² residential lot, this project transforms what was once an under utilised grass area between house and street into two high-quality, two-bedroom townhouses. The result demonstrates how intelligent design and careful execution can unlock value and beauty from even the smallest sites.
