LUKE WELSH

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

Originally from the UK, Luke was on a trip to Queenstown when he decided NZ was a pretty good place to live long term, he’s now in Wellington and has joined Voxell as an Architectural Technician. Luke is an experienced architect who relishes a challenge, discovering design solutions and implementing his BIM skills to enable the most realistic outcome for clients.

Outside the architecture world, Luke is very sporty. He is a dedicated football fan supporting Aston Villa from the sidelines as-well-as getting competitive on the pitch for his 5-a-side team. He is also an enthusiastic skateboarder and is attempting to transfer these skills into snowboarding.

Prior to Voxell, Luke worked for Stephenson & Turner and Chapman Taylor, renowned architectural firms in New Zealand and Internationally. Luke has 5+ years of architectural design experience working across commercial, residential and mixed used projects. He is a Revit whiz. Luke loves that architecture allows him the space to aspire to turn desires and visions into a reality.
