A MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS ABOUT COVID-19
At Voxell, people are our key priority. We empathize with our clients, employees and partners about how the current situation is disrupting everyone’s lives.
We are used to solving challenges with our clients every day by designing buildings that positively impact the environment and promote wellness and quality of life, but right now we have a bigger challenge – COVID-19.
It’s critical to us that our employees, clients and partners continue to receive the same level of support you are used to, and we’re confident that with the measures we’ve put in place, we can mitigate this risk together without business disruption.
For our current projects, we’ve implemented the below measures during the lock down:
· Our staff have been set up to work remotely for a while, so there’s no changes here in terms of our capabilities and capacities, it is business as usual on the design tools at home for our team
· We are keeping in touch with each other and our clients via video conferencing, emails and telephone calls while working remotely
· All meetings during this period can go ahead on video conferencing via Zoom or Facetime
· Voxell is focused on the health and wellbeing of our teams—both from COVID-19, and from the more personal impacts this situation might cause – we have engaged an external supplier to facilitate mental health and wellbeing sessions with our team
