Voxell Project Announced by Wellington City Council

Wellington City Council has announced that Voxell will be leading the architectural design of a mixed-use development in central Karori, helping to revitalize the Town Centre zone.

The development will be located on Karori’s vacant St John's Church site where it is planned to include approximately 40 one and two-bedroom apartments, with retail and commercial opportunities below.

We have partnered with Wellington development company, Faisandier Group, and together we see this development as an opportunity to add vibrancy and vitality to the area. We are looking forward to playing our part in strengthening the local Karori community by generating the homes and commercial spaces that will serve them.
